We do not accept private prescriptions from external prescribers for weight loss medications through this service. Prescriptions cannot be transferred or reused beyond their authorised supply.
It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your health, medication, or medical history before each order. We may request follow-up information or decline to issue a prescription if we have clinical concerns.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept all major debit and credit cards. Prices include VAT where applicable and are clearly displayed at checkout.
Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card details. A prescription fee and medication cost are included in the total price displayed before you confirm your order.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery is available to UK addresses only.
Medications are dispatched in discreet, secure packaging. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other carriers once the parcel has been dispatched. If your order is declined on clinical grounds, you will be notified promptly and a refund will be issued.
You may cancel your order before it has been reviewed and approved by a pharmacist. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately via our website or by phone.
Once a prescription has been issued and medication has been dispensed, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds in line with UK medicines regulations. Refunds for declined orders will be processed within 5 to 10 working days.
